Do I need to verify my age to place an order?

Yes. Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened, sealed products within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact our support team at support@theherbologyhouse.com with your order number.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
We are sorry to hear that. Please contact us at support@theherbologyhouse.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Order modifications and cancellations are possible if the order has not yet been fulfilled. Please contact support@theherbologyhouse.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
