Shipping Policy
We take care to pack every order with attention and ship it promptly. The following information covers how and when your order will arrive.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Most orders are fulfilled within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification once your order has been packed and handed to the carrier.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping - 3 to 7 business days. Available on all orders.
- Expedited Shipping - 2 to 3 business days. Available on qualifying orders.
- Express Shipping - 1 to 2 business days. Available on qualifying orders.
Delivery estimates are based on business days and begin once your order has been dispatched, not from the time of purchase. Delays caused by weather events, carrier disruptions, or other factors outside our control may affect estimated delivery windows.
Free Shipping
Standard shipping is free on all orders over $75 before tax. The discount is calculated and applied automatically at checkout. Free shipping applies to domestic orders only.
Areas Served
We currently ship to all eligible states and territories within the United States where the sale and delivery of our products is permitted under applicable law. We do not ship internationally at this time.
It is the customer's responsibility to verify that ordering and receiving our products is lawful in their jurisdiction. Orders placed to restricted areas will be cancelled and refunded.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. You can also check the status of any order at any time by visiting the Order History section in your account.
If your tracking information has not updated within 5 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at support@theherbologyhouse.com.
Lost or Stolen Packages
The Herbology House is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen after delivery. If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your order, please check with neighbors and any secure package locations at your property first. Then contact your local carrier office. If the matter cannot be resolved, reach out to us and we will do our best to assist.
